One of the best spots in town - just 25 metres from the slopes! Apartment 3 is a large well proportioned apartment set over two floors and also having a small balcony. It will sleep 9 people in 4 bedrooms. It has a spacious lounge / dining area with a large corner sofa. There is also a separate fully equipped kitchen.  There is a washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher in this apartment. Unlimited wireless internet is also included in the cost. There is ski storage and heated ski boot storage included in the price. All in all this apartment is an ideal place to base yourself for a great holiday in St.Anton.

Living Area

The main living area is very large and features a large corner sofa in front of which is the 32" LCD HD Smart TV & DVD player. There are skylights in the ceiling as well as a large double window that let plenty of natural light in. 

The living area is well lit and spacious. There is an extendable dining table with plenty of seating for 8 people. 

Dining Area

For dining Apartment 3 has an extendable table. There are 4 dining chairs as well as a large corner couch that between them can set up to 9 guests. There is cutlery and plates etc for up to 9 guests. There is also a dishwasher in the kitchen. 

Kitchen

This apartment has a very good kitchen with fridge/freezer, oven, dishwasher, microwave, egg poacher, slow cooker and toaster as well as plenty of cupboard space. This is a separate kitchen, not one that is incorporated into a living area. It is fully equipped with everything that you need to cook a three course meals!

Main Bathroom

There is a large bathroom in the lower level of the apartment with walk in shower, wash basin and low level WC. There is also a washing machine and tumble dryer. You will also find very good quality bath sheets, hand towels and a hairdryer for your use. 

Bedroom 1

This bedroom can be set up with the double bed for a couple or the bed splits to make two separate singles. There is a small wardrobe, bedside table and side light.  

Bedroom 2

This bedroom is a twin with two single beds suitable either for two singles or a couple. There is a very large 3 section wardrobe giving plenty of space for all of your clothing and ski gear. Each bed has a side table and bedside light. 

Bedroom 3

This bedroom is a double room and therefore suitable for a couple or two children. There is a good sized wardrobe and storage unit with pull out drawers, the bed also has pull out storage drawers so you will have plenty of storage space / options.  There is a bedside table and side light.  

4th Bedroom & 2nd Bathroom

The 4th bedroom and bathroom are in the upper floor of the apartment.  The bedroom has two single beds with the option to add a third fold out bed. The bathroom consists of a bath with shower attachment, toilet and wash basin. 

Location

The apartment is just 100 metres from the lifts to all of the ski areas meaning that the slopes are literally on your doorstep. You will also be just a one minute walk from the centre of St.Anton where all the bars, nightclubs and restaurants are - close enough to enjoy yourself but not so close as to be too noisy! You are also very close to the Swimming Pool, Wellness Centre, Arlrock (climbing & bowling centre) & Tourist Office. All of this makes this apartment an ideal place to stay if you have children. The railway station is 150 metres away. If you double click on the village map it will open up in a large window and allow you to see the great location of this apartment.
